My video player doesn't support mkv file very well. It plays the video, but I can't see the subtitles or "karaoke" and then my screen freezes later. If it's not too much trouble can you direct me to a reliable (trustworthy) video player that can play it, or format it into another file? I tried google, but I don't know which player is safe etc.
Thank you very much for doing this! The few seconds I saw of the video looked great. The quality was superb~~
